Effective Date: 16th of June 2025 Terms and Conditions Welcome to A-Team Valeting. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

 1. Services Provided A-Team Valeting offers professional mobile car cleaning and detailing services. The type of service provided will be based on your booking (e.g. Interior Valet, Executive Valet, Full Valet, etc.). 

 2. Bookings & Cancellations- Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.- You must provide accurate details including name, address, vehicle type, and service required.- Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of EUR50. 

 3. Access & Requirements- The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time and location.- For mobile services, we may require access to an external water tap and electrical socket (unless stated otherwise).- Please ensure your vehicle is parked legally and safely. 

 4. Pricing & Payment- Prices vary depending on the service selected and the condition of the vehicle.- Payment is due upon completion of the service, via cash, card, or bank transfer. 

 5. Vehicle Condition & Limitations - We will not be held responsible for any existing damage to the vehicle.- Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g. pet hair, mould, stains) may require extra time and may incur additional charges.- We do not guarantee 100% stain or odor removal in all cases. 

 6. Liability A-Team Valeting is fully insured; however, we are not liable for:- Pre-existing damage or faults- Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances 

 7. Weather Policy We offer an all-weather service, but in the event of extreme poor weather, we may need to reschedule. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new appointment. 

 8. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively dirty beyond the scope of our service, or if staff are subject to abusive behaviour. 

 9. Privacy All personal information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for service communication purposes. We will not share your details with any third parties. 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website.
